China and Hong Kong Market More Than Half of U.S. Market Cap

The U.S. was 34.8% of global market capitalization on Monday. China was 10.8% and HK was 7.4%, or 18.2% total.

The U.S., HK and China are all benefiting from the strong U.S. dollar.
