90% of Beijing New Home Sales Outside 5th Ring

In the first seven months of 2015, 92.44% of home sales were outside the 5th ring. In total, 57.31% of sales were between rings 5 and 6, and 35.13% outside the 6th ring. Only 7.55% of sales were inside the 5th ring.
