China Catches Up With 14k New Cases in Hubei

Both China and the rest of the world are seeing case growth in the mid-20% range. Both have been slowing, and both experience sharp upward revisions, the RoW on February 10 and China today. China broadened their criteria for confirmed cases. Clinical diagnoses by doctors (not the test kit) are now included in the confirmed cases. In normal cases, this would mean the count is probably overstated, but nobody is really sure how widespread coronavirus is at this moment. There could be hundreds of thousands of unreported mild cases.
