Traffic congestion is down all over China. Beijing and Shanghai, and to a lesser degree Guangzhou, had small bumps during rush hour. Shenzhen seems to have stayed home. Then again, Shenzhen may see more outbound traffic, it may be fewer people have returned. Hangzhou was also nearly congestion free. Tianjin in lockdown saw more congestion (relative to normal) that those cities.

Pollution data is confounded by China's reliance on coal for heating and electricity, but industrial areas should see an impact if factories are shut. Note that air pollution can go from extremely bad to clear after a single rainstorm. On the other hand, Beijing can suffer temperature inversion. I was there when PM2.5 was well over 1000 and smog was rolling into shops when a door was opened. Check the weather and use a larger data sample than a few days.
