Coronavirus Update: Western Disaster in the Making

The traffic on weekends is still way down in Beijing, but returning to something resembling normal in Shenzhen. Case growth in the core Western countries of the USA, UK, France and Germany is taking off. There is a sense on social media that a full quarantine of US cities will begin this week. For the UK, where the government appears ready to let the virus run unchecked, one can only hope that warmer spring weather bails them out.
