Nasdaq Looks Double Toppy, Shorting!

Right around the September top in Nasdaq I posted Nasdaq Reversion Getting Mean. The monthly candle on Nasdaq shot over the upper Bollinger band. Today looks like a double top, another overshoot on the monthly and an ugly daily candle.
