Japan Should Unilaterally Lift Russia Sanctions

The yen and Japanese bonds could stabilize and people all over the world would benefit from lower energy prices. Even the Biden administration would benefit because Americans would care about gas prices falling, but not care that much about Biden being humiliated by Japan. There's a low political cost because America can't afford to isolate Japan in the current geopolitical situation. Very possible that if Japan warned they will do this, the Biden admin would fold and shift their policy first to avoid the embarassment. They've already admited the sanctions backfired privately. It's a matter of giving them the push to reverse policy.
