Beijing Will Crown a New Land King in July With $1.3 B Land Auction

Beijing will crown a new land king in July with a land auction that starts at 8.7 billion yuan.

The land auction listed start time of June 23, listing deadline is July 7.

The land is 207,000 sqm, with a total development limit of 1.64 million sqm, or about 5,300 yuan per sqm for the starting price.

The existing "land king" sale was in January 2015, for a 8.625 billion yuan plot in Fengtai district.
