Crude Oil 2008 Analog

Assume the 2008 analog is correct. Crude is currently running about 1 month ahead of the 2008 analog having rolled over in June, instead of July in 2008. If the analog is strong, oil will touch $85 to $87 this week. That correlates to $68 for USO.
