It was revealed by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday that the “foreign national” mentioned in an FD-1023 form by a confidential human source (CHS) not only claimed to have bribed Hunter and Joe Biden but possessed a total of 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them about the arrangement. He created the recordings as a sort of “insurance policy.” It was not clear whether the FBI had copies of the audio recordings or not.

Last week Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Anna Paulina Luna, and Nancy Mace said that the foreign national identified in the FD-1023 form is Zlochevsky.

Unlear if this is true, and if true, if the source was a Russian asset from the start or turned later. If Biden was bribed by a Ukranian now working for Russian intelligence, I assume the American ruling class will try to spin it as Russian interference.

Peak FBI

If you're familiar with Socionomics, you know that many economies peak around the time the "world's largest skyscraper" is being built. Major new HQs for corporations can also mark a top. In essence, these are prideful projects that also distract from core missions or show it believes the core mission is in hand. The FBI is spiking the football after subverting the Trump presidency, interfering with the 2020 election and jailing enemies of the Deep State. A new HQ doesn't mean it will peak like a business or country though. Government institutions don't really have competitors. They expand and expand and expand over time. They will only be stopped by a willful effort by their opponents.

The FBI should cease to exist. All their functions can be farmed out to the state police with an overarching cooperative body run by the states. Everything the FBI does can be done by other agencies and institutions such as Secret Service, federal marshalls and state police. They plan on turning America into a total police state with their agency at the center. A new HQ is their way of announcing their power to the nation. Let's see if anyone can knock them off their perch.

The replies have some clueless Baizuo claiming DC needs more resources, but they are overwhelmed by people pointing out the U.S. government is unleashing these problems on California, Arizona, Texas, and really all over the nation. For all the crap California takes for its homeless problems, the fact that DC now has overwhelmed homeless shelters makes shows us California is also in worse shape because of open borders. Might homelessness disappear in California if all 30 million or so illegal aliens were deported? It would free up a lot housing.

Mass immigration is an insane policy. It is an invasion by foreigners. Those who support it are traitors, and I do not use that word as hyperbole. Those who fail to secure the borders abdicate their claim to authority, in the same way that a city that refused to police crime cedes power to vigilantes, neighborhood watch groups and organized crime. 

DC's mayor is whining after a three months of a small influx of illegal aliens. Border states and many localities in the U.S. have been dealing with massive waves of migrants for years and decades. There is no defensible political position except seal the borders and deport the 30 million or so illegal aliens in the country. Texas and other Red states should start rounding up illegals on their own and start busing them to expensive, left-wing areas like the Hamptons, along with Baizuo centers such as Seattle, Portland and Minneapolis. Not even the Baizuo proles support these policies. They only support illegal immigration because the TV tells them it is racist to oppose it and because they don't personally feel the effects. Reality has a way of crushing even the most relentless propaganda. We're hitting that point with the mass invasion of the United States.

The American public doesn't need any other reason than open borders to overthrow the entire ruling class for intentionally inflicting all this damage on the county. The irony too, is that there's no resouces anymore. America is not a wealthy country. The left's desire for things like universal healthcare are a total joke without mass deportations. As happened in Denmark, eventually a "hard right" nationalist element will emerge on the left to match MAGA and populism on the right.

A research paper found that people who did not receive a COVID-19 vaccine had a lower rate of suffering a severe case of the virus amidst the pandemic.

The article, which has been uploaded to the preprint server ResearchGate, relied on data from over 18,500 respondents across 175 countries. Analysis revealed that individuals unvaccinated against COVID-19 reported fewer instances of hospitalization in comparison to their vaccinated counterparts.

MSN – a news website launched by vaccine enthusiast Bill Gates’s Microsoft in 1995 – covered the study, titling its article “Severe COVID-19 ‘Rare’ In Unvaccinated People,” but appears to have taken down the story since its publication. Archived versions of the article are still available, however.

No surprise. Unvaccinated tend to be younger, healthier and according to this self-reported study:

They used natural products like vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, quercetin, and drugs, such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.

It's an important story only because the media, doctors, governments and pharmaceutical companies lied about it and falsely hyped the danger. It matters because corporations and govermnents forced their employees and citizens to be vaccinated regardless of risk.

Red Flag Laws aka Tyranny

There some talk of making it easier to use red flag laws against people. It's a blank check for government tyranny on par with what the British Crown was using against the American colonists three centuries ago. Here is a comment on YouTube video. The link goes to the video, scroll down to see the comment. I assume the video and or comment will eventually be taken down, not because there's anything wrong with it, but because the growign authoritarian censorship will eventually consume everything. I assume nothing that is on the blockchain or hardcoped is at risk of being wiped out at some point.

I was red flagged in Maryland, a judge ordered my guns returned within 48 hours. It was an awful experience, cost me 10k in attorney fees, the cops set cps on my wife and I, and i didn't get my guns back for months even though the judge ordered them returned. If you want more information I'd be happy to share with proof. EDIT: I'm going to provide additional details below since people seem interested.

They didn't kick-in my door, they actually called me out front of my apartment complex and had a team our there waiting who cuffed me. For those wondering why I went down in the first place.... They don't exactly tell you that you're going to be red-flagged, I didn't even know it was firearms related and thought they just wanted to talk. Once I found out why they were they I told them they would need a warrant. The officer on scene told me they could do that but then SWAT would kick in my front door, he then suggestively asked if I had a dog, so I told him I had a German Shepherd. He said if I let them in and cooperated he'd make sure that she wasn't harmed, basically I caved-in to save my dog.

There are a lot more details but here are the key facts:

1) I spent around 10k on attorneys fees, 1 to get me out of the hospital's psych ward, a second to go with me to court, and a third to help me navigate CPS

2) I'm in a conservative county in Maryland, and the judge I got was FURIOUS with the officer. He said they were to release my gun immediately (I only had one in my apartment, the rest were in storage) and thought the law was being abused. I went to the station with my attorney and was told I couldn't have my gun until they ran an ATF trace, which could take over a month. (even though handguns are registered and tracked in Maryland already ).

3) The police showed up with CPS who had to do an in-home interview with my wife and kids. Yes, apparently red-flag laws can result in having your children taken away. Luckily that went smoothly but it was scary!

4) oh and I also got over a thousand dollars worth of medical bills, luckily insurance covered it and the county waved the ambulance fee after I complained,

there are a lot more details but the biggest take-away is that it would have been better if I had been arrested. You have no rights in a hospital and since I was refusing all treatment including a covid test or wearing a mask, they denied all food an water. If my parents hadn't hired an attorney, I would have been forcibly committed, and lost my gun rights permanently. I'm not rich but I was able to shell -out money for attorneys, people who can't do that would just be SOL. One final note, my parents had to hire the attorney because I wasn't allowed to, I was in a hospital not jail... again you don't really have rights as a "patient"

The key is to understand the occupied government in Washington, DC has already declared Trump voters aka white supremacy the greatest threat and a terrorist threat. Add in all the war, pharma, etc. dissenters on the left and more than half the country is, in the opinion of the ruling class, in violation of red flag laws.

WTF is Going On: School Shooter Edition

Update: The latest report says the teacher closed a door that was propped open. Teacher Closed Propped-Open Door Before Uvalde School Shooting: Police. The subheader from the story: "State police initially said a teacher had propped the door open shortly before the gunman entered the school"

Best case scenario this shooting was a total failure of government, from schools to police. It invalidates the gun control argument from the start, but also any argument for making schools safer. How is that possible when it looks like teachers and police, worst case, colluded to help the killer and best case their incompetence was akin to it?

DailyMail: Uvalde school district was part of AI program that rooted out potential mass killers and monitored social media for threats and potential shooters

Texas school officials had been monitoring students' social media prior to the deadly shooting in Uvalde Tuesday, it has been revealed - but still failed to pick up on concerning posts from the teenage gunman in the days leading up to the tragedy.

As an 18th birthday present to himself earlier this month, now-deceased suspect Salvador Ramos bought two AR-style rifles and paraded them on social media - including in ominous messages sent hours before the killing started.

The rifle used by the shooter starts at around $2,000 MSRP and he bought two of them. These are not cheap rifles that someone without much money would buy, though I suppose it is possible he spent his life savings on it if he planned to die. Otherwise, the high cost of the rifles make me suspicious of him acting alone.

CannCon: What Really Happened in Uvalde?

But before we start the timeline, we must first ask an extremely important question: How did an 18 year old man, with no known employment, whom was living with his grandmother because of an addict mother, afford:

-Two expensive firearms made by Daniel Defense ($2,000 each)

-an EOTech optic ($400-$700)

-1,657 rounds of .223 ammo ($800-1000 depending on how they were purchased)

-body armor ($500-1000)

-and over 60 magazines ($10-20 each)

for a total of approximately $6300 to $8,000? Most established adult Americans, especially after the last two years and the current economy, can’t afford a fraction of that. But this young 18 year old was able to do so with no known job and all on a debit (not credit!) card? In a border town reportedly overrun by the worst of the worst from the US Border…I’ll let you make your own assumptions.

This is the most damning part of the timeline of events. Important to know that this school, being on the border, is subject to repeated lockdowns because of border patrol events. Any time there is an active shooter or even a potential threat in the area, schools will lockdown. This school did the exact opposite, which either means they stopped following protocol (possible if lockdowns were a weekly event ands never amounted to anything) or something more nefarious at work:

1. Why did a *teacher* prop open a secure entry exactly one minute before the shooter arrived on scene?

2. Why did that teacher not close the door and ensure it was locked when they reportedly saw the accident, the shots fired, retrieved their phone, and called 911 to report it?

3. Col. McCraw said the teacher “apparently” called 911…has DPS confirmed the teacher called 911? Have they confirmed it was a teacher who propped open the door?

4. Why did the timeline shrink by seven minutes from yesterday to today when yesterday’s press conference was given based on video evidence as stated by Escalon in the presser? It was not as if Escalon responded to a question, off the cuff, with the times. It was part of his deliberate and detailed statement to the press. Are you telling me something as important as time, which he reiterates the time twice, was inaccurate on the video? Or did he just make up “11:40” when he was writing the press conference without bothering to confirm the time?

5. Where was the school’s police officer and why was he not on school property? Where was he that he was able to respond in under three minutes time but unable to find the wrecked truck and correlate the closest entry to the school to the wreck? How did he not hear the gun shots going off in his immediate vicinity when he, or other officers, were reportedly at the funeral home?

6. Why were seven officers not able to breach a room with two doors and windows to eliminate the suspect?

7. Why could they STILL not breach the room with 19 officers?

8. Why did it take a BORTAC unit and ballistic shields to breach the room?

9. Why was BORTAC even there? A federal law enforcement agency tasked with border protection is somehow on scene in a school shooting?

10. Why were US Marshalls out front of the school in adequate PPE (personal protective equipment) holding back parents and waving tasers at them, but not helping with the situation inside the school?

11. Col. McCraw reported that BORTAC used keys from the janitor to “breach” the room. Let’s be real: it’s simply called unlocking…breaching is defined as “to make a gap in by battering” according to Merriam Webster Save the “heroic” sounding words for the investigations. But I digress: If BORTAC was able to “breach” with the keys after an hour outside the room, would Ramos have been able to “breach” the classroom if the doors were locked? Were they locked and if not, why?

We now have testimony from law enforcement that a teacher propped open the entry door one minute before the accident, according to Col. McCraw. We have the teacher who propped open the door calling 911 but NEVER secured the door again. The suspects walks through said door at either 11:33 or 11:40, depending on which press conference you watched, and walks down a hall and into a room that may or may not have been locked. When it was locked by Ramos when he entered, it took BORTAC locating a set of keys to “breach”. Would it have taken Ramos the same set of keys to enter? Would it have delayed him enough that the three officers who reportedly entered moments after Ramos would have been able to then confront him in the hallway prior to entering the classroom?

When you pair all of this with the fact that an 18 year old dropout with no known job, an addict mother he left to live in a small home with his grandma, somehow scrapes up at least $6,000 to buy weapons and gear and then proceeds to shoot that grandmother that took him in...well, it’s bizarre.

The article also covers how he talked about buying guns on social media and his contacts asked him if he would shoot up a school:

Why is it that these major social media conglomerates will flag our posts, suspend us, ban us, label us “misinformation” in a moments time when we talk about COVID vaccines, the 2020 election, or Hunter’s laptop, but when an 18 year old mentions “being a school shooter”, crickets.

Many people become overly conspiratorial and thing this is all a coordinated attempt at eliminating the one thing keeping Americans free: the 2nd Amendment. It's the only amendment that still functions as intended so I can see that position being a natural outgrowth of anyone assuming there is a conspiracy against the American people. I lean more towards the fact that a subset of the gun-control movement, the gun-grabbing ghouls, spin up to full blast whenever there is a shooting, details be damned. Same thing anytime a white cop shoots a black suspect, there are the people out there screaming murder and white supremacy before a single detail emerges. The media amplifies this because it fits their narrative, giving it the appearance of some coordinated act, when it's exploitation by the usual suspects. 

Contrary to media coverage, the event is very strongly anti-gun control. One, the police are useless. Abusive policing is a problem and society abuses police. Being a cop is a no win job these days. A "hero type" isn't going to join the police force anymore. Instead, it's more paper pushers and box checkers. No surprise we keep seeing officers waiting outside while shootings take place.

Cops are no longer "peace officers" who "protect & serve", but "law enforcement officers" who are more likely to act like a traffic cop...including at a school shooting. If your plan is to dial 911 in a life and death situation, you could well die. If those parents trying to get in brandished firearms and dared the cops to shoot them, either they would have gotten in or the cops would have been shamed and gone in themselves. Nobody would have blamed the parents if they had to shoot the cops to get into the school either. The cops behaved as if they were working with the killer.

Second, if cops won't go into a school to stop a single shooter murdering innocent children, how many police are going to enter homes where they will be the target of the gunfire? BLM and other groups already talk about killing police and some nutters seems to be acting on their suggestions in some cities. Think cops with cushy jobs in low crime suburbs and rural areas are going to want to put their life at stake 24/7 to strip Americans of constitutional rights? No way, it isn't happening. There are already many sheriffs who have already said they won't comply with stricter federal gun laws. The gun control movement is dead as a door nail after this shooting. Maybe some cosmetic laws will pass, but that's it.

Third, American society is breaking down in every way you can think of, including the ruling class. Why are there such emotional explosions when these events occur, before any details come out? Government always use fear and terror to push bad laws, but why are they leaning so heavily upon emotion? It's become almost axiomatic that if you see an emotional story that seems to line up with the mainstream/ruling class narrative, wait about a week and you'll see it fall apart. Not always, but enough that people who pay attention assume government and media lie 100 percent of the time. 

My answer for why is they are losing power. The facts are so against them that hyper-emotional pleas are all they have left. As I've said, I think a logical reaction to the events in Uvalde, even if you don't care about gun ownership and the 2nd amendment, even if you are for more gun control, is to go out and buy a gun and get trained on using it because every single system that you would be forced to rely on with no alternative if you are unarmed, failed. And then after if failed, it stood by and did nothing, failing again. 

Who wants to give this system more power, more control over their life by disarming themselves? A person's status as a victim or survivor may come down to whether they can protect themselves and their family with firearms or whether they rely on public institutions. Institutions that produce teachers who prop open doors that let school shooters in while there's gunfire ripping outside and cops who stand outside while children are being shot. 

If anything, the shooting in Uvalde makes a good case for abolishing public education. Having large, centralized public schools is a magnet for shooters. Privatization would create far more smaller schools and they would have more power to arm teachers and use security measures.

Defund the Police

People who scream loudest about racism, do things that lead to lots of dead black people. Or why I don't care about racism at all anymore. It's a word devoid of meaning.

Archegos Tried to be the Fed and Wall Street

Archegos, through Hwang and Tomita, effected this scheme by dominating the market for its Top 10 Holdings, as well as by “setting the tone” (i.e., engaging in large pre-market trading), bidding up prices by entering incrementally higher limit orders throughout the trading day, and “marking the close” (i.e., engaging in large trading in the last 30 minutes of the trading day) and by other non-economic trading, all with the goal of artificially inflating the share prices of its Top 10 Holdings.

That's a description of how the stock market has behaved since QE was started in 2009. The legal difference between Archegos and the stock market is the Federal Reserve and Wall Street banks acting as partners, can't be charged with setting the tone, dominating trading in its target markets, counterfeiting, wire fraud, marking the close and other non-economic trading, all with the goal of artificially inflation financial asset prices. That's "public policy" carried out by a privately-owned bank and its partners because the government gave this entity legal immunity.

A similarity between Archegos and the Fed/Wall Street is these schemes always blow up when the money runs out. The Federal Reserve's existence as a quasi government institution is not guaranteed. The Federal Reserve can lost its power if it upsets enough people, for instance by wrecking the economy with high inflation. Do you think DC politicians will hang for their crimes when they can hang the Fed instead? When the money stops flowing into the market, it goes poof like Archegos. The Fed is going to start pulling its support out next month. Enjoy the decline.

More than 61,000 Millennials and record numbers of Gen-Xers died in 2021 alone, after the Covid vaccines hailed as miracles were rolled out, leaving an unprecedented wake of mortality in the last quarter of the year.

The Millennial generation, aged about 25 to 40, experienced a staggering 84% increase in excess mortality in the fall of 2021, former Blackrock portfolio manager Edward Dowd told Breitbart’s Steve Bannon in an episode of his War Room in March. Dowd described it as the “worst-ever excess mortality, I think, in history.”

A body count higher than a decade of the Vietnam war and concentrated in only one generational cohort. Swept entirely under the rug because the TV and regime media won't talk about it. I wonder, what is the maximum body count this regime could get away with? If they can kill 61,000 Millennials and not only does no one care, but half the country applauds the great victory, how many could they kill before people start noticing? It's got to be well into six figures. Then extrapolate and you're not really far off from what some of the most murderous regimes of the 20th Century were up to. Don't think they can't get there either. As with communism, deaths from toxic vaccines would be classified has deaths of love. The intentions were good! There is no number of deaths that ever causes the do-gooder to realize they're the monster.

As a student of cycles and social mood, I have often wondered about the coming cultural wave. Dirty Harry was a movie produced in an American society that had its first taste of liberalism taken to its extremes and the resulting chaos. There was soaring crime, riots, drug use and general decay starting in the 1960s. The early 1970s produced a reaction with Dirty Harry, then Death Wish. By the early 1980s, the action hero's were on the scene. Three-strikes-you're-out laws and mass incarceration were the response to lawless violence.

This violence and chaos of this era is worse than the 1970s, but perhaps less shocking because the population has been desensitized to how bad things are compared to before. About a third of the population are immigrants or descended from immigrants who never knew that America was once a far better place to live. They have little connection to a past that the ruling class intentionally hid from them. A backlash is already taking shape, we can see the political outlines hinting at massive shifts in voting, but the cultural response that would have led the politics in a prior era is suppressed by censorship.

The ruling class' grip is tighter than at anytime in American history, yet this may prove to be their undoing because when the change comes it will not be gradual. Elites can adapt to slowly changing society, but when it snaps, the ruling class finds itself so far out of touch as to have become the villian of the story. Consider how DAs in California and other states are letting murderers go free. People arrested with AR-15s (supposedly dangerous assault weapons these politicians want banned) and drugs, involved in robberies and murders, are let go without charges by these DAs. Here is only the latest example I've seen, these are a dime a dozen if you go looking through local news: DC police arrest then RELEASE seven men accused of stealing puppy at GUNPOINT, and who are also suspected of taking French bulldog 17 minutes later, despite finding them in gun and drug-filled apartment

In the 1970s, the courts went soft on crime. Sentences were shortened. Clearly guilty criminals let go on newly created technicalities. Yet for the most part, guilty criminals swere arrested, went to trial, and faced sentencing. Now, the government lets them go free. The government, the ruling class, is one the side of the criminals. Who might a 2020s "Dirty Harry" target? The movies that will be made, cannot be made in this environment, but once that movie is made, it will be over for the ruling class. There's censorship and thought control because the ruling class understands how tenuous its grip on power is becoming.

Law & Liberty: Dirty Harry's Justice

Even in our unhappy times, Dirty Harry stands out, because its protagonist is everything our elites hate: A proud white male authority figure who enforces the law without concern for what we would now call the “optics.” This is not a man who hesitates to kill or suffers a bad conscience over doing what is necessary to protect the innocent. The film would be impossible to make today, since it is so blind to the cries of systemic racism and toxic masculinity that so dominate woke criticism.

Predictably, art has decayed alongside public debate. Dirty Harry was prescient in warning about a future without freedom. Indeed, our elites gradually narrowed the circle of ideas that can be debated and policies people can vote for. They threw out the notion that the rights of ordinary Americans matter, so that authorities no longer feel duty-bound to protect persons and property from destruction.

Mailvox: It Was Their Choice (German Edition)

Was recently privy to some internal discussion at a large, German software company which indicated that employees filing for additional medical reimbursement for vaxx-related injuries are being told that it was their personal choice to be vaxxed or not.

This flies in the face of the policy of said company which had it’s own private mandate in the US division. Employee identification badges which also serve as office entry passes for electronic locks were disabled until they provided vaxx documentation in an internally developed software application. Until the documentation was posted into the app, access was denied. There was discussion of allowing religious or medical exemptions, but deadlines were shifted and there was never a final, final date enforced for the exemption to be put in place.

All of this is in light of the recent notification that the vaccine “policy” (it’s a mandate) is only “suspended” currently. It hasn’t been eliminated or revoked… it’s only suspended.

If you got vaxxed, you are, according to the ruling class, 100 percent responsible for any injuries. It was your choice to take an experimental vaccine after all.

You never have to compromise with evil. It is always a choice. The Devil tempts with money, fame, pleasure, power. The vaccine mandates were an inversion of this: you'll lose your job, your travel, we'll make it painfully annoying to stay unvaxxed. Same deal, different terms.

Whether the ruling class can make those terms stick is a matter for voters, courts and juries.

Blood on Baizuo Hands? Where is American Journalist Gonzalo Lira?

Yesterday I posted: Ukranian Forces Capture Journalist. The Nazi (I do not use this word as a pejorative, they are quite literally Nazis) captured independent journalist Gonzalo Lira. Now there are unconfirmed reports/rumors of his murder.

When Belorussian authorities pulled Roman Protasevich, a blogger who had served a combat tour in the neo-Nazi Azov battalion before working for Radio Free Europe’s Belarus channel out of Prague, off an airplane in May, 2021, on charges of inciting a political opposition (roughly the equivalent of sedition), the world went crazy, accusing Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko of trampling on free speech. Protasevich is alive and well, living under house arrest while awaiting trial.

When reports emerged that Gonzo Lira, a Chilean social media “influencer” who resided in Kharkov, Ukraine, and who published online content critical of the Ukrainian government, was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by the Kraken Unit, part of the Azov battalion affiliated with the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), the West is silent.

Free speech isn’t a one way street. To remain silent in the murder of Gonzo Lira is to be complicit in his death, and the deaths of all journalists who pursue the truth, even if it runs counter to the mainstream narrative. Critical thinking should not be a death sentence. Unfortunately for Gonzo Lira, it seems it was.

A point of clarification—I have no direct evidence that Gonzalo has been killed. I was clear I was referring to “reports emerging” about his demise. But Gonzo said any disappearance of more than 12 hours should be treated as if something bad had happened to him. It’s been five days. If this had been a New York Times reporter disappearing in Russian controlled territory, it would be headline news—especially if a Chechen “hunter killer” team had taken credit for his death. But with Gonzo—silence. Which was the whole purpose of the post: to raise awareness about his disappearance.

This is what The Daily Beast wrote about Lira: How a Sleazy American Dating Coach Became a Pro-Putin Shill in Ukraine. We know who that media outlet serves, it's right in their name. We also know who Zelensky, the Baizuo ruling class in the West and the Azov battalion serve. 

I do not know that Putin serves the same master, at least there is no clear evidence yet. Stalin was considered a good guy in WWII, but new evidence shows he might have initiated the war with Germany. He was the aggressor seeking westward expansion, who manipulated Hitler into initiating conflict. Maybe Putin is playing a similarly deep game against the West. It's possible because the Baizuo were so openly anti-Russia and instigating troubles in Ukraine that they make the perfect patsies. As with Hitler and WWII, maybe there are no good guys on either side, with the only innocents being the civilians caught in the crossfire. 

At this point it doesn't matter though. An American journalist is missing. Where is he? What are Western governments doing to find him?

Bull or Bear? Dark MAGA Reveals Sinking Social Mood

I don't want to dismiss charts, but right at this moment the chart isn't saying much. There is an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern everyone is talking about. If this is a bull market, it completes. If this is a bear market, it fails.

Here's a long term look at the Nasdaq 100 ETF. The difference between a correction and a bear market is clear.

I don't see how the market goes higher in real terms without something surprising happening. Even if the reopening is perfect and all the supply chain problems evaporate, the economy is going back to pre-2020 growth of about 1.8 percent. Societal stress keeps growing though. The pandemic shook society up and broke people out of old behavioral patterns. Unions are forming against Starbucks, Amazon and so on. The right-wing is going after Disney and finally, there is a chance that the vile 1998 copyright law will be repealed. In short, it's not hard to see the forms of the new consensus taking shape, one where both the left and right are changing the law to favor workers and consumers over corporations.

Revolver: Drain the Disney Copyright Swamp and Make the Public Domain Great Again

As the year 2000 approached, Disney had a problem. Copyrights on some of the company’s earliest cartoons, including “Steamboat Willie,” were set to expire soon. As one 1998 report put it, “[w]ithout copyright term extension, the company faces the potential nightmare of seeing its greatest treasures pass from corporate possession into the public domain.” Americans would be free to reproduce Disney’s public domain works, and even make new stories derived out of that content, without worrying about getting sued for copyright infringement. With “billions of dollars in revenue” at stake the report adds, Mickey Mouse went to Washington.

The story of how the Sonny Bono Copyright Extension Act, known within the copyright bar as the Mickey Mouse Protection Act, came to be is pure Swamp. In 1998, Disney Chairman Michael Eisner descended on Trent Lott’s office to ask the Senate Majority Leader for help. “He was very much interested in seeing the copyright bill,” Lott said at the time. As Congressional Quarterly reported, “[b]efore he left the spacious offices of the majority leader at the U.S. Capitol on June 9, Eisner was assured that his company’s pet bill would get the help it needed.”

In addition to Eisner’s visit, the company donated money to key committee leaders, including Republican Congressman Howard Coble of North Carolina, who was then the chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Arts and Intellectual Property. Disney also “paid $2,700” to host House Speaker Newt Gingrich and his wife “for three days at Disney Institute, the company’s educational facility in Orlando.”

When it was all over, Mickey Mouse had his way with the Republican-controlled Congress. With unanimous consent in the Senate and a voice vote in the House, Congress enacted the extension, tacking an additional twenty years onto existing copyright terms.

MAGA to Disney: Take a Hike

Fast forward to today. The extension Disney toiled for on Capitol Hill in 1998 is about to run out. As early as 2024, key Disney cartoons will pass into the public domain. When the company came to Congress in 1998, it struck a decidedly neutral tone, however false those pretenses might have been at the time.

“Mickey Mouse is not a Republican or a Democrat,” a former Disney lobbyist once said. What Rufo’s reporting on Disney’s DIE program shows is that, if that were ever true in the first place, it is no longer the case. Now Mickey is a cartoon Gramsci and Adorno, an open critical theorist. MAGA Republicans must resist Disney’s inevitable call to further extend its copyright control over this entertainment from a bygone America.

Such opposition will no doubt roil Disney. Good. Disney is ashamed of much of this content anyway. The company now adorns old movies with warnings about “negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures.” Disney moralizes its audience in these warnings, informing them that “[t]hese stereotypes were wrong then and are wrong now.” Wait a second. What’s this about moral truth for all time?

Newsweek: What Is Dark MAGA? Trump Supporters Attempt Rebrand for 2024

The aesthetics of the movement are easily recognizable: images edited in red and black or red and blue, featuring people with blue laser eyes often holding weapons or standing in front of neo-Nazi symbols.

Dark MAGA supporters are calling for a ruthless, unforgiving version of Trump to take revenge on his political enemies at the 2024 election - though the movement hasn't been recognized or endorsed by Trump in any form. The former president hasn't yet even formally confirmed whether he'll run for president in 2024.

Hehe. Well I haven't seen what qualifies as neo-Nazi symbols, but consider the newest white power symbol:

If you don't have a sense of humor, you're not going to make it through 2024.

In the description of the #DarkMAGA hashtag creator, as described by the Global Network on Extremism & Technology (GNET), Dark MAGA represents "Napoleon, being exiled, and then raising a f****** army to attack Europe to attack the elites."

"#DarkMAGA is the aesthetic demand that Trump embrace a harder and more focused approach to the role only he can fill. He was too kindhearted, too forgiving. Dark MAGA demands he learn from his mistakes," writes another Twitter user.

"It's the realization that there is no political solution beyond vengeance," tweets another user.

"If you want to win, if you don't want to repeat the past, you have to get mean; you almost have to embrace the villain role that they're bringing you with," describes another supporter quoted by GNET.

If you don't realize the mainstream media are mentally-unstable, overly emotional people of lower intelligence, then you will fall for their emotional manipulations or retard yourself be believing their lies.

But the bigger story is the social mood signal. Dark MAGA won't go beyond social media trolling unless social mood turns even more negative. It's said that the American public doesn't like negative politicians or negative agendas. Negative ads work, but there has to be a positive message from the campaign. Obama was hope, Trump offered a positive one with MAGA in 2016, Biden was "return to normal." Yet at very low points in social mood, the public does prefer punishing villains.

America has a laundry list of villains with corporations, government, scientists, doctors, media, school boards, school teachers and more conspiring to destroy American families, kill the weak with toxic mRNA shots, wreck the economy, sexually abuse children, instigate nuclear war with Russia, flood the nation with deadly fentanyl, allow rapists, robbers, murderers, drug dealers and who know what else to flow over an unprotected border, big city DAs funded by wealthy Baizuo donors like Soros that let those murderers, rapists and thieves go free, and so on and so forth. Most Democrats are not in favor of the masks, lockdowns, grooming, open borders, vaccines, fentanyl, war with Russia and so on...there is a minority of Baizuo controlling the media and stifling debate. If someone like Trump does promise a dark agenda of vengeance, who knows what level of support it might find in a nation spiraling into the abyss of negative mood. And it's not like the Baizuo haven't been doing the exact same thing to Trump, his supporters, and all manner of left-wing independent thinkers. The ruling class has developed quite a diverse enemies list.

Going back to the markets, to be a bull means betting on authoritarian dictatorship consolidating its control over the Western world. Being a bear means betting that either a different dictatorship will emerge or that the attempt at dictatorship will fail. The bull market is unsustainable without authoritarian economic controls that continue siphoning the wealth of the American people into the pockets of the oligarchs.

Waking Up From the Racism Psyop

WashFreeBeacon: Yes, the Media Bury the Race of Murderers—If They’re Not White

Frank James, the man arrested for Tuesday's New York City subway shooting, is a black nationalist and outspoken racist who railed against whites, Jews, and Hispanics. A careful reader of the New York Times could be forgiven for overlooking that. In a nearly 2,000-word article on the attack, James's race is not mentioned. The same is true for the coverage offered up by Reuters; the Washington Post only mentioned James's race in relation to his condemnation of training programs for "low-income Black youths."

There is video of James saying that whites and blacks should not even live in the same hemispehre. This isn't some one off example. If you believe that racism is a problem in America, you have been pysopped. The data from the Free Beacon shows what any red-pilled media consumer already knows. White shooters have their race mentioned up front. The media hypes the story endlessly. They tie the shooting to broader political movements such as Trump voters, right-wingers. When the opposite occurs, the media quickly drops the story. Notice the subway shooter story is already quickly fading?

I didn't think it was possible, but the media became even more racist after the Floyd incident:

American media outlets such as the NYTimes are arguably responsible for the subway shooting because they are the ones creating this myth of racism in the country, which appears as a motivation for the shooting. If you follow the logic used when it's a white shooter, we should be taking the NYTimes and all major media outlets apart with FBI investigations, DOJ lawsuits, deplatforming from banks, social media, banning NYTimes employees from using Airbnb and so on and so forth. A funny thing will happen: race relations in America will greatly improve.
