Ratio of Nasdaq to Gold and Oil
The Nasdaq is as expensive today relative to gold and oil, as it was in 2000 when looking at it from a multi-year timeframe. The chart of gold spiked in 1999 in part because gold bottomed out in the summer of 1999. Similarly, oil bottomed out in spring 2020. Both moves produced a spike. Ther charts say Nasdaq leadership is over. Commodities are rising.

Noting that gold made a double bottom on April 2001, a year after the NASDAQ peaked in March 2000. Gold also spiked up in Feb. 2000, before crashing with everything else.
ReplyDeleteI like NFTRH interpretation of the gold chart as showing a downward sloping handle in a massive cup and handle, which will eventually explode higher. Looking for prices around $1600 to go heavily into miners.
