Stocks Can't Shake Crude

The stock market futures turned red in the first couple of hours of trading, trying to turn green now. The problem they can't shake: crude rises with stocks. There's no way stocks can sustain a move higher without triggering either central bank tightening or a direct shock from the financial markets itself, most likely via the bond market. This evening, crude oil led the advance in the futures.
