Beijing Nov Home Sales Down 26pc From Sept

The first 10 days of data are in, and Beijing homes sales fell 26 percent from the first 10 days of September.

    Maybe things work differently in China, but isn't that really *really* bad?

      It's better than October when sales were down 30-40%. Beijing isn't critical to the overall market except as a bellwether. Cities such as Wuhan, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Hefei are the ones to watch right now.
