Via iFeng. A building in Tongzhou slashed prices recently. It cut office space prices by ￥6000/sqm, or 30%. Residential property was discounted as well, with a ￥4000/sqm cut. This area as seen a lot of supply hit the market of late, and the price cut phenomena is widespread.
