Xining Ends Buying Restrictions Even Though Prices Are Rising

Only a few days ago I predicted that Xining wasn't going to ease buying restrictions because real estate prices increased in August. So much for that prediction.

Sales of new homes are up 62% from January through July and prices have yet to fall; in July prices were still up 22% year-on-year.
