High Interest Rates Will Bankrupt Universities

The wealthy universities with large endowments will survive, by many colleges and universities in the U.S. are like poor people living off of high interest credit cards.

Chart looks strong, but student enrollment has collapsed around the country. Nothing bearish at the moment, but I wonder.
