Revelo trading at 30pc Discount

Austral jumped to 20 cents per share yesterday. The value of the offer for Revelo is a little north of 20 cents per share. Revelo is trading at 15.5 cents at the moment.

Austral Buying Revelo

Each Revelo shareholder (collectively, the "Revelo Shareholders") to receive, in exchange for each Revelo Share held immediately prior to the effective date of the Transaction, 0.9184 (the "Exchange Ratio") common shares of Austral (each whole share, an "Austral Share").

At exchange of 0.9184 and price of 30 cents, the stock of EVL is valued at 27.5 cents. There's also a cash considerdation. Based on 43.55 million shares outstanding, it workds out to 2.7 cents per share. This works out to 30.2 cents versus 24.5 cents per share for RVL right now, a 23 percent premium.
