Beijing Villa Sales Hit 30 Month High

According to Asian high statistics show that in May, Beijing villa market turnover totaled 352 units, up 69% over April sales.

From Asia House agency data show that from the transaction characteristics, the May Beijing villa market which, in the area range of 200-300 sqm of small and medium size villa market-leading products traded, total turnover of 143 units, in the proportion of total turnover reached 41%. Villas selling for less than 5 million and 5 to 8 million yuan accounted for 32% and 33% of total sales.
