Guangzhou Home Buyers Want Compensation For Price Cut

Some property owners in Guangzhou want compensation after prices were slashed by ￥4000 per sqm. One owner of an 86 sqm apartment said that's a BMW 3-Series coup gone. He wants the developer to sell garages at a reduced price and to waive property management fees for three years. Residents also complained that the developer has met a commitment to support the elementary school. The developer said the company had received the complaints and would deal with it quickly.
