Don't Call It QT

The Fed isn't reversing QE, but the banks have enough cash, thank you. They need their treasuries back. If the Fed stopped QE or eased up for awhile it would lower reverse repo, but markets would probably throw a taper tantrum. If the Fed plows ahead, reverse repo goes higher and higher. The Fed needs USTREAS to start borrowing more.
