Bull or Bear: Children's Place

They're shifting to more digital and earnings are way up, but analysts see negtive growth over the next five years. If successful, I don't see why that can't be a great inverse H&S pattern. If retail is peaking, I can also see a renewed breakdown in the offing. Would need to clear horizontal for bulls and lose long-term support for bears.
