China Sticks to Old Playbook For Alleviating Poverty

Li Keqiang says the nation will alleviate poverty and overcome the middle income trap by moving more poor people into urban areas.

[Vice Premier] Wang Yang pointed out that the next five years, to the harsh living conditions of 10 million poor implementation of poverty alleviation by relocation is a key initiative to win tough fight poverty.
