Chinese Real Estate Investment Sinks 5.1% In November

Real estate investment fell 5.1% in November. The monthly figure is volatile, but it has fallen 8.5 percentage points since June, when it grew 3.4% year over year. Sales are still rising and land sales still falling year over year, but the acceleration in both trends has flat-lined.
