Qingdao Tightens Buying Restrictions

Qingdao increased the qualifications for buying a home in the city, such as paying taxes for 12 or more months. It raised the down payment on first- and second-homes to 30 and 40 percent, respectively. Mortgages for third-homes are suspended.
