Beijing Home Sales Cut in Half, Wuhan Sales Plummet 70pc

Beijing Golden Week sales in 2014: 538 homes
2015: 442 homes
2016: 216 homes

Wuhan sales were about equal to 2015 because buying restrictions didn't take affect until halfway through the holiday. Sales plunged 70 percent afterwards.

Jinan sales increased in part due to surging sales before buying restrictions took effect, as well as less stringent restrictions than in other cities. Sales did slide almost 90 percent from the first day of the holiday to the third day after buying restrictions were implemented.
