Baizuo FBI Stops Collecting Crime Data

The American government's competency is collapsing, but few realize it yet.

Law Enforcement Today: Did the (corrupt?) FBI just deliver a midterm “miracle” to Dems by hiding crime rates? Looks that way.

Hmmm. Interesting. So apparently, the FBI is claiming that not enough police agencies submitted the data used by the FBI to provide national statistics. Does that make any sense to anyone? Especially since (the last we knew) providing of those statistics is not optional?
As Vox points out, this also means the FBI has destroyed historical continuity of crime statistics.

No one with a sense of the nation's direction can think this is an aberration or that an election will stop the nation's slidee. This is not happening solely because Democrats are in charge, as the author of the article claims. It is a product of the ideology that guides the ruling class. The FBI is a thoroughly dysfunctional organization. Maybe it could be saved if 20 percent of the FBI employees were fired tomorrow, but at some point, the rot will get so deep that the only solution will be a 100 percent firing of all FBI employees along with the agents, followed by the creation of a new agency. Or none at all by sending power back to states, who would likely form some type of interstate police force made up of state police from each state. That's the scale of reform the nation is moving into. Or without reform, the total collapse of all systems that are tied to the federal bureaucracy.
