Shooting Star in Banks, Rates Done For Now?

I haven't budged from my bearishness, but I wonder if rates are done. Market could be in for some old fashioned bonds up, stocks down action. Energy is leading the slide, financials and commodities will play catch-up. Some foreign banks below.
