Real Estate Slowdown in June

The deceleration discussed in many real estate articles lately is evident in the June real estate investment data from NBS. Year-on-year growth slowed to 6.1 percent and in the month of June, growth slowed to 3.5 percent yoy. That is faster than any month during the 10-month slowdown that ran from April 2015 to February 2016, but now the question is whether the growth from March to May of this year was an artifact of easy money.
We can also see the slowdown in real estate sales and land sales, after the jump.
More charts after the jump.
