PBOC 3Q Depositor Survey Says: X

Chinese depositors are not satisfied with their current income and they are not optimistic about future income.

This chart clearly shows the impact of the stock market crash. The top dark blue are depositors willing to spend a lot more, the light blue is save a lot more, the red is invest a lot more. Notice the spike and then drop in Q2 and Q3.
